This piece is an abstracted interpretation of finally standing in the streaming warmth of sunlight after having been chilled to the bone. Those moments always feel more profound to me than I would ever expect. 

A Complex Moment of Light and Awe was made from hand cut paper and acrylic paint on panel. It comes in a basic black frame with a round white mat board, and plexiglass glazing. It is ready to hang.
