There are cranky days when you have no choice but to put on your fancy pants and go to the party, irritated sneer and all. This hand cut and painted paper fellow is absolutely irritated, but he did show up in he requisite hat. 

Sometimes a Jaunty Hat is Required is made from cut paper and acrylic paint on panel. It comes in a basic black frame with a round white mat board, and plexiglass glazing. It is ready to hang.
